Rewards Programme - Eckards Green Club:

• Free Membership - You don't pay to join the Eckards Green Club rewards programme but we do need your cell number subscribed to receive the benefits of the club. NB: If you opt out of our SMS marketing it includes opting out of our reward programme. An active email address keeps you up to date with our newsletter and growing advice.
• You will receive a R75 e-voucher reward for every R1700 you spend on regular priced merchandise. Using your Green Club card rewards you every time you shop and you automatically qualify for your rewards to be used against your future purchases

How to use your Green Club Card

• We need the barcode on the back of the card to allocate rewards
• When you purchase from Eckards, simply present your Green Club card to the cashier who will scan your card, ensuring your points are correctly allocated to your record
  As soon as you have accumulated sufficient rewards, an e-voucher will be automatically generated on our system at day-end and will be available the next day to claim
• To spend your Green Club Voucher, select the items you wish to purchase then simply claim the voucher off your purchase from the cashier. NB: Your card must be presented to claim the e-voucher
• We do not barcode on the back of the card to allocate rewards
• Your e-vouchers are subject to an expiry date, e-vouchers not redeemed within the three year period of validity will not be re-issued
• Rewards are only given at time of purchase

• NB: Rewards are not transferable from one card to another. If you apply for a new card it will void the prevoius card. Only the latest card you apply for remains active
• Excluded are promotional and discounted products, magazines and Gift Vouchers
• The Eckards Green Club Card is only valid at Eckards
• The Card remains the property of Eckards Garden Pavilion and we reserve the right to modify or rescind the Eckards Green Club programme at any time

If your club card does not scan at the till

• REMINDER: You need to have an active cell number to be part of the club
• If you opt out of our SMS marketing it includes opting out of our reward programme
• If your mobile number bounced on our system it will unsubscribe you from the rewards programme. Please keep your mobile number current
• If you apply for a second club card. Only the latest card you apply for remains active. NB: Rewards are not transferable from one card to another

Seniors' Day - Eckards Tuesday Club:

• Free Membership - You don't pay to join the Eckards Tuesday Club but you do have to be over 70 years of age and must supply us with a cell number to join
• You will receive 5% OFF your purchase of any regular priced merchandise
• Signed up Tuesday Club members with cell numbers will receive regular specials and gifts as and when we have them.
• Valid only on a Tuesday, excluding all Tuesday's that fall on Public Holidays

How to use the Tuesday Club instore

• When you purchase from Eckards, simply request you Tuesday Club discount to the cashier who will confirm your membership, ensuring your discount is applied
• You must be present to claim the discount and is only valid on a Tuesday
• Discount is only given at time of purchase and products cannot be reserved prior to the Tuesday Club day
• This discount is only valid for the member and cannot be transferred. Abuse of this card will lead to membership being terminated
• Excluded are promotional and discounted products, magazines and Gift Vouchers
• The Eckards Tuesday Club is only valid at Eckards
• We reserve the right to modify or rescind the Eckards Tuesday Club programme at any time

Privacy policy:

• If you supply us with your personal information such as mobile numbers and e-mail address when you give us your consent to use the information for the purpose of marketing and contacting you we will use it for those purposes only. No personal information will be shared with a third party
• Personal information supplied will not be distributed and remains confidential to Eckards Garden Pavilion. We shall take all reasonable steps to protect your personal Information
• If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters and promotional communications, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each newsletter or communication. You can also do so by updating your registered profile preferences instore. If you choose to opt out we reserve the right to opt you out of our rewards programme.

Returns Policy:

• All items returned will be inspected prior to refund
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns
• Returned for a full refund, replacement or exchange, Provided that proof of purchase is shown, and is still in original packaging unless faulty and then to be referred to the supplier or manufacturer
• In the case where a return is deemed to be unreasonable, this will be referred to management for resolution
• On returning for a full refund all Loyalty Programme rewards must be returned
• By using our site, you agree to the terms of the above Returns Policy

Delivery Policy:

• Our delivery zone is strictly within a Five(5)km radius of Eckards Garden Pavilion, Bedfordview
• All deliveries are charged for at a rate that varies depending on product mix being delivered
• All deliveries are to your driveway only. Any additional instruction would be charged for and Eckards Garden Pavilion are not be liable for any damage suffered or loss incurred by reason of any property by the delivery team
• Delivers from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. till 12 p.m.; No deliveries on weekends and all public holidays
• No same day deliveries unless arranged by senior managers
• Any person other than yourself who receives the products at the delivery address is conclusively presumed to be authorised to accept delivery on your behalf
• Eckards Garden Pavilion reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee should it be required to make a further delivery or collection if no one is at the delivery address to receive the products or hand over the returned products, as the case may be
• In the event that the delivery has been outsourced, Eckards Garden Pavilion shall not be liable for any damage suffered or loss incurred by reason of any acts or omissions of the deliverer, its directors, employees, sub-contractors, agents, representatives and/or affiliates

Promotions and special offers:

• All prices include VAT and are cash and carry only
• Eckards Garden Pavilion reserves the right to regulate quantities of products on promotion or on special. Some products may also be available in limited quantities and sell out during the promotion
• Products on promotion or on special cannot be reserved prior to promotion starting

Gift Vouchers:

• Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
• Gift Vouchers are subject to an expiry date. Vouchers not redeemed within the three year period of validity will not be re-issued.


Giveaways and Coupon Vouchers:

• Giveaways and Coupons are subject to the claimant making a purchase to the value as stated in the offer and may be restricted to purchases of regular priced merchandise only
• If the giveaway is offered by means of a coupon, this coupon must be presented to claim discount
• Giveaways and Coupons are only given at time of purchase and cannot be claimed afterwards
• Giveaways and Coupons are only valid for the specific day or period mentioned on the coupon or marketing product
• Giveaways and Coupons are limited to while stocks last and cannot be reserved
• Only one Giveaway item or Coupon per customer
• Only one Coupon per transaction

Lucky Draws:

• A purchase will validate your entry
• A completed entry form must be attached to a till slip and placed in the entry box in-store
• Your contact details must be completed to validate your entry
• The winner will be notified of their success telephonically on the number provided on the entry form within 10 days of the closing date of each draw. The judge's decision is final and binding and no further correspondence will be entered into
• The lucky draw is deemed to be closed and a winner chosen only after the competition closing date
• Lucky draws are not open to Eckards Garden Pavilion employees or members of the employee's immediate family, agents or any other person associated with the management or administration of Eckards Garden Pavilion competitions
• Entry assumes your acceptance of all Terms and Conditions and your agreement to be bound by them. Our Lucky draws are governed by South African law and any matter arising from any of our draws will be resolved under South African law and the local Magistrates exclusive jurisdictions
